Brecon Beacons (Wales) is a popular tourist honeypot with three pubs, a canal and the Brinore Tramroad. It is a centre for walking and a mountain bike hub. The village has no off-street public car parking and limited off-street parking for residents in its old centre. Not surprisingly it suffers from parking congestion and highway obstruction – particularly on sunny bank holiday weekends.
