About Us

Transport Initiatives has six members based throughout England. All have detailed knowledge of their local region, but are able to work anywhere in the UK, and beyond.

While all of our members have excellent understanding of sustainable transport each member has specialist expertise. Their names, their regional base and main specialism are listed below.

  • Rob Marshall (Eastern / traffic calming)

  • Ken Spence (Yorkshire & Humber / road safety and cyclist training)

  • Alix Stredwick (London and South East / Community Cycling Projects)

  • Mark Strong (South East and London / cycle monitoring and bike/rail)

  • Alex Sully (South West / cycle policy, infrastructure guidance and professional training)
